What you need to bring with you:
- Completed Application (attachment on bottom of Income Opportunity page)
- Current CPR certification
- Copy of your current certifications or licenses:
- CNA
- Medical Assistant
- LPN
- RN
- Copy of your current driver’s license
- 3 valid professional references (Please provide current contact information)
- Participation in our NannyNurse™ Boot Camp
- Complete clear Background check (Included in our NannyNurse™ Boot Camp fee)
- Copy of Liability Insurance Policy for your own protection. If you currently do not have this, we will have information available for you.
- Please wear a pink scrub top for your photo for our web site.
- $10 – MasterCard & Visa accepted online upon your registration.
- Signed NannyNurse™ Network Enrollment Agreement (provided at Boot Camp)
